- Sending timely updates to clients
- Coordinate with the warehouse for incoming furniture project notifications
- Perform accurate data entry into our inventory management system
- Assist with client billing and ensure records are neat, clean, and audit-ready
About You:
- Top-tier organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Clear, professional communication, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in an administrative support role is a big plus
