What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Supervisor position at Bottles Beverage Superstore?
Bottles is an upscale wine, beer and liquor store, and we are currently looking for the right person for a Warehouse Supervisor position. The right candidate will work daily with the Warehouse Manager, Liquor Store Manager, Warehouse Hourly Staff, and show up daily with their game face on ready to take on an ever-changing task list.Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the warehouse, ensuring its efficient operation and troubleshooting problems as necessary. This role oversees inbound and outbound warehouse operations (day and night shift).
- Oversight during receiving, organization, and stocking of all in-bound liquor product to the warehouse.
- Oversee daily picking and loading tasks, ensuring proper packing, loading sequences, and required efficiency levels are maintained.
- Assisting warehouse team with pulling orders for deliveries, organizing products in order of delivery, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse along the way.
- Set up and monitor all replenishment tasks daily from warehouse to sales floor.
- Responsible for reporting and investigating damaged product and facilities occurring throughout the warehouse.
- Ensure the timely completion of all required operational and administrative tasks.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as OSHA standards.
- Responsible for supervising warehouse employees along with Warehouse Manager.
- Leads the warehouse team by example and clearly communicate roles and responsibilities, expectations, and deliverables. Foster a positive culture and unified workforce.
