Bouchard Cleaning & Restoration, Inc. seeks a full-time Service Coordinator in our rapidly growing corporate Hampden office.
The hours for this position are approximately 6:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
The selected candidates primary role will be providing quotes for various floor care services,communicating efficiently with floorcare clients to schedule and confirm appointments and to coordinate with our technicians with the anticipated job expectations. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling issues promptly. Also will assist with answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate individuals and general office duties such as faxing, copying, some typing and assisting office personnel administratively as needed.
Qualified individual must be good at multitasking, have strong customer service skills, and have the ability to learn quickly. Experience with Excel and Word preferred. We offer paid holidays, paid vacation, health, dental, vision and a retirement plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform front office duties such as answering the phones, greeting customers and general office duties.
· Assist office staff as needed
· Assists receptionist as backup to answer phone calls on a multi-line telephone system and refer them to the appropriate staff members
· Coordinate yearly recurring carpet / tile cleaning schedules
· Ensure reception desk is manned and main telephone has coverage at all times during business hours
· Fill out Call Report Forms and enter into DASH. Provide copies to appropriate individuals and main binder.
· General office duties such as faxing, copying, typing, scanning, and filing as necessary
· Greet visitors and direct to the appropriate staff member to help cover receptionist
· Keep common areas clean, sanitized and organized
· Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
· Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
· Provide residential and commercial floorcare and duct cleaning estimates for Hampden and Westbrook offices
· Respond to email submissions and inquiries received from reception.bouchardcleaning@gmail.com and info.bouchardcleaning@gmail.com
· Respond to floorcare inquiries or as overflow to project coordinator
· Schedule floorcare technicians for night and weekend jobs
· Track the vehicle’s GPS
· Work with the Office Manager / General Manager to estimate carpet, tile and duct cleaning jobs as needed
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
· Ability to multitask
· Ability to proficiently use a multi-line telephone system, computer, copier and fax machine
· Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices
· Attention to detail
· Be able to handle emotional, confrontational people in a calm and professional manner.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and customers
· High school diploma or GED required
· Knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
· Must be able to work under pressure with accuracy while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
· Previous experience preferred
· Strong verbal and interpersonal skills and the ability to organize and prioritize work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
