What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swim Coach position at Boulder Country Club?
Boulder Country Club is seeking a swim coach to work with our swim team. As a Swim Coach at Boulder Country Club, you will be expected to provide the highest level of quality activities, training and coaching for all of our Wahoo swimmers. Strive to provide fun, safe and high quality experiences that will engage participants both mentally and physically while also providing them with important life lessons. It is our goal that each and every swimmer attain a skill level which allows them to enjoy the activity and provide them with the knowledge necessary to learn proper execution, respect, rules, etiquette, and in the end, a love of the sport. Pay rage is $16.57-$17 an hour depending on experience.

- Maintains constant surveillance of patrons in the facility; acts immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency
- Provides emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services
- Politely enforces pool rules as well as BCC House Rules of Conduct at all times
- Inspects the facility on a daily schedule and reports any unsafe conditions or equipment to the supervisor
- Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a courteous, polite, and helpful relationship with all members and their guests
- Performs various maintenance duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Attends required bi-monthly in-service training sessions
Requirements:
- Current Red Cross certifications - LGT, FA, CPR
- Previous swim coaching experience preferred
- Previous lifeguard experience preferred
