Boulder County Human Services(BCHS) department is seeking to hire a Community Partnership Grant (CPG) Programs Coordinator. BCHS works closely with local organizations to strengthen the community safety net by supporting individuals and families in need, with a focus on historically underserved populations. Central to this effort is the Community Partnership Grant (CPG) program, which will distribute approximately $8 million in 2025 to nonprofit organizations delivering critical services, including housing and homelessness prevention, health and well-being, individual and family supports, and education and skill building.This funding initiative creates opportunities for individuals and families to thrive while enhancing community resiliency and sustainability. The CPG Programs Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring these funds are distributed effectively and equitably to meet community needs and priorities. The coordinator is responsible for managing the program’s day-to-day operations and performing highly complex and specialized duties. This role involves leading efforts to strengthen community partnerships, align investments with county priorities, and ensure measurable impact for Boulder County residents.
This is a grant funded position, with funding through December 25, 2026.
This is a full-time, benefited position that will work Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. This position is primarily remote but will require occasional in-person meetings at Boulder County offices. Under Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) guidelines, this position is exempt.
Boulder County requires its employees to reside in the state of Colorado as of the first day of work.
Hiring Salary Range: $68,976.00 - $84,138.00 Annually

Examples of Duties
- Design, coordinate, and manage the activities of the CPG program.
- Develop and lead a competitive application and review process in collaboration with the Human Services Contracts Team, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with the county’s priorities.
- Foster strong partnerships with local organizations to enhance services and promote community well-being.
- Develop and recommend program policies and procedures that align with strategic goals and priorities.
- Assist in preparing program budgets and financial reports while maintaining active contract management and resource allocation.
- Develop systems for accurate program data collection and accountability in partnership with the Human Services Data and Performance Team.
- Work with intergovernmental agencies, County Departments, and BCHS Divisions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Interface with other County Departments and Divisions to implement system changes and improve procedures to maximize resources across the county.
- Serve as resource for other staff members concerning technical or professional issues.
- May supervise, counsel, and evaluate the work of other employees and recommend personnel actions in the areas of hiring, discipline, and termination.
- Perform related duties as required.
- May be reassigned in emergency situations.
