We employ 325 Healthcare Professionals and have locations throughout Boulder County, CO.Summary : Boulder Medical Center (BMC) is currently seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to join our Administration team! This position works full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.The Marketing & Communications Manager will lead Boulder Medical Center’s marketing efforts with a primary focus on digital strategies while seamlessly integrating traditional marketing methods. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the shareholder marketing committee and marketing coordinator, this role requires a dynamic individual who excels in digital marketing and understands the value of community engagement, event marketing, and other traditional channels. The ideal candidate will promote Boulder Medical Center’s over 85 medical providers and services.Full-time employees are eligible for medical / dental / vision, flexible spending, company-paid life insurance, several voluntary benefit options, RTD EcoPass, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO), and six (6) paid holidays annually.Part-time employees are eligible for medical / dental / vision, company-paid life insurance, voluntary benefits, RTD EcoPass, 401(k), and holiday pay (if regularly scheduled to work on an observed holiday).Day shift schedules are Monday through Friday, with occasional voluntary four (4) hour shifts on Saturday mornings from 8 am - 12 pm for several primary clinics (Family Medicine and Pediatrics).Experience working in both primary care and specialty care clinics.Key Responsibilities : Annual Marketing Plan : Develop and oversee the execution of Boulder Medical Center’s annual overall marketing plan in collaboration with the CEO and the shareholder marketing committee.Budget Management : Allocate and monitor the yearly marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI.Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution : Implement data-driven digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and online reputation management.Integrated Marketing & Communications : Lead the integration of digital strategies with traditional marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach to brand promotion.Video Production & Storytelling : Utilize creativity to support the production of compelling video content that tells the Boulder Medical Center story across social media channels.Community Engagement & Event Marketing : Coordinate Boulder Medical Center’s presence at community events and sponsorships, leveraging digital tools to enhance participation and engagement.HR Marketing & Recruitment Support : Collaborate with the HR department to support recruitment efforts by creating targeted marketing materials and social media content.Team Leadership & Collaboration : Lead and mentor the marketing team, including the Marketing Coordinator and external partners, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Brand Management & Growth : Oversee the creation and maintenance of Boulder Medical Center’s brand identity across all platforms.Experience and Skills Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related degree.Previous Experience : Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible experience working as a Marketing Manager. Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of how to integrate digital strategies with traditional marketing efforts. Must have practical and technical knowledge of digital marketing.
