Summary
Boulder Medical Center (BMC) is currently seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to join our Administration team! This position works full-time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
The Marketing & Communications Manager will lead Boulder Medical Centers marketing efforts with a primary focus on digital strategies while seamlessly integrating traditional marketing methods. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the shareholder marketing committee and marketing coordinator, this role requires a dynamic individual who excels in digital marketing and understands the value of community engagement, event marketing, and other traditional channels. The ideal candidate will promote Boulder Medical Centers over 85 medical providers and services.

Annual Marketing Plan: Develop and oversee the execution of Boulder Medical Centers annual overall marketing plan in collaboration with the CEO and the shareholder marketing committee.
Budget Management: Allocate and monitor the yearly marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI.
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Implement data-driven digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and online reputation management.

- Day shift schedules are Monday through Friday. There are occasional voluntary four (4) hour shifts on Saturday mornings from 8 am - 12 pm for several primary clinics (Family Medicine and Pediatrics).
- Experience working in both primary care and specialty care clinics.

Education
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related degree.
- Five (5) or more years, of progressively responsible experience working as a Marketing Manager. Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of how to integrate digital strategies with traditional marketing efforts. Must have practical and technical knowledge of digital marketing. Healthcare industry experience a plus.
