Position Overview:
We are seeking a New Car Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a passion for customer service, a deep understanding of the automotive sales process, and a track record of driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the new car sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Implement effective sales strategies and processes to optimize performance.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and offers to ensure competitive market positioning.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, staff members, and lenders.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Foster a positive, high-energy work environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of automotive sales management experience (Nissan experience is a plus).
- Electric Vehicle experience a plus expect a high volume of leasing Nissan EV's
- Proven ability to lead a high-performing sales team.
- Strong desking skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and dealership management systems.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering top-tier service.
- Valid driver’s license, Colorado sales license, and a clean driving record.
