Green Spoon Sales is looking for a positive, passionate, and detail-oriented Trade Show Manager.

Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with internal teams to define objectives and goals for each trade show or event.
  • Research and recommend relevant industry trade shows, conferences, and EXPOs that align with client goals and brand messaging.
  • Create detailed trade show plans,attendee lists, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate the design and production of displays, promotional materials, and event collateral.
  • Negotiate contracts with event organizers and vendors, ensuring the best value for services and products.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of trade show participation, including setup and breakdown, shipping, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
  • Ensure all technology, show rooms, and show details are prepared and functional before the show.
  • Lead on-site event coordination, ensuring everything runs smoothly from booth setup to tear-down.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event organizers and team members during the show.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess trade show performance against objectives.
  • Provide management with post-event reports
  • Gather insights and feedback from team members to improve future trade show participation.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership to ensure trade show strategies align with overall goals.

Requirements :

  • 3 years of experience in trade show management or event planning, preferably within the natural food, beverage, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the natural food and beverage market, trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to travel frequently and manage on-site event coordination.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices in the food and beverage industry.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media promotion related to events and trade shows.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and presentation
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Leadership reserves the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as needed to ensure alignment with overarching department goals
