Boulo Solutions is partnering with a Birmingham based playground equipment company that is looking to hire an Operations and Installation Manager (Operations Manager) to join their growing team. We are looking for someone who is dependable and accountable all while being creative, entrepreneurial, and maintaining balance. For this role, we are looking for someone who is excited to build an installation program that serves the lower 48 states, creating processes and systems for directing and managing the installation services we provide.
Hours : 8-5pmCST
Salary : Based On Experience but range can be discussed on call
Flexibility : Remote with occasional meetings in office in Birmingham, AL

High Level Responsibilities : we’re seeking an organized and proactive Operations and Installation Coordinator to manage our installation service contractors. This role will be an important contributor to the company supply chain as we continue to grow our services and offerings. This position requires a results-driven individual who is comfortable with multi-tasking and customer service with a background in project management.
Necessary Attitude : responsive and entrepreneurial spirit; ability to recognize issues and create solutions for the betterment of the company and the customer; enjoys autonomy; takes pride in the key processes of their domain; enjoys responsibility to make things more efficient while maintaining the details; communicates effectively
Success is : a successful candidate will be organized and understand the weeds, thrive wearing various hats in a small business, have an eye for streamlined systems, can set and accomplish their own daily agenda, and enjoy thinking through the business processes and key performance metrics.
Unsuccess is : an unsuccessful candidate flies too high without understanding important details of the services, struggles without a lot of structure and systems in place, doesn’t understand when and when not to follow the numbers, is not interested in any grunt work, and looks to management to prioritize their tasks.
Experience and Qualifications :
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with installation or construction contractors preferred, but not required
- Airtable (or similar database system) experience preferred
