We are a fast-growing E-commerce and wholesale professional hair and cosmetic company. We specialize in creating organic hair products and accessories for consumers with wavy, curly & coily hair.
Position Summary:
Bounce Curl is a dynamic and creative Social Coordinator to join our team. As the Social Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our community, and drive sales. You will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating compelling content, and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.
Creation
- Social Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to support brand & founders objectives and drive engagement.
- Manage all social media platforms: including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Master the social management tools: for social channel management, social content calendar, social listening, content creation, and analytics.
- Create and curate high-quality content including images, videos, and captions that resonate with our DTC and B2B target audiences.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase brand visibility and drive sales for brand and B2B customers.
- Prepare social videos to be used for Ads and provide them to the Ads Manager.
Management & Analysis
- Reporting key analytics metrics monthly. Analyze social media metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Knowledge and management of the shopping channels for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Shops.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and conversations relevant to the brand and industry.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community experience. Community management via social channels.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continually optimize our social media strategy.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media channels.
- Assist with inventory management of marketing assets for social.
- Collaborate with the Influencer Coordinator to curate and repost influencer content.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal team members such as brand, influencer, design, and product development to ensure social media content aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
- Assistance with planning and execution of live events.
Team Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively and independently with a strong work ethic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, excellent follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.
- Take good meeting notes, keep Asana up to date, and multitask to complete work on time.
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement, find solutions to increase productivity and project quality, decrease cost, and streamline timelines.
- Determine areas for your professional development quarterly.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Details
- This is a full-time, 40-hour per week, Monday through Friday. Post Saturday & Sunday
