‘Bounce N More’ is a family-owned party and event rental supply business located in Rowlett, TX which has been in business for 19 years. Our company provides rental services for both residential and commercial customers. The available inventory includes carnival rides, inflatables, carnival games, concession machines, and etc.

Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor, Day Shift

This is a full-time hourly (potential for salary) position and offers paid time off with health benefits. General shifts are M-F 8:00am-5:00pm.

To meet our business and customer needs this position will require working weekends and holidays at times. During the peak busy season (May-October) additional hours are needed/required to meet business demands. There are also minimal physical capabilities required for the position.

Salary Range:

22.00-24.00 Hr.

Job Description:

Reports to the Warehouse Manager and works closely with the Night Shift Lead and Operations Manager.

           This is a hands-on role requiring consistent interaction with the warehouse employees to ensure all safety, inventory, and logistical processes are compliant with company policies and procedures. Able to work a flexible day shift schedule, as needed. Responsible for load accuracy reports, preparation of concessions, and Managing safety, production, work quality, and inventory reporting. Will help with daily/weekly planning, and other tasks assigned by the warehouse manager.

Working Conditions:

           General warehouse environment with some areas not heated or air conditioned, and exposure at times to chemical products, gasoline and diesel fuel, and propane tanks.

Physical Requirements:

           Will require standing for long periods of time and frequent lifting and moving of inventory with various sizes and weights. Able to safely lift and carry inventory up to 75 pounds without the use of tools/equipment. Able to safely move inventory up to 500 pounds with the use of company provided tools/equipment.

Required Qualifications:

·        Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation

·        High school diploma or equivalent GED

·        Warehouse leadership experience – Shift Lead/Supervisor- minimum 2 years

·        REQUIRED: Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Forklift experience - minimum 2 years

·        Experience with towing and parking trailers – minimum 2 years

·        Experience with RFID a plus!!

·        Inventory and/or production leadership experience - minimum 2 years
