About the role:
We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on marketing leader who can deeply understand our business, target market, and the key considerations of our buyers. This person will play a critical role in positioning the company, shaping our brand, and driving awareness and engagement among our ideal customers. The right candidate will be both visionary and execution-focused—able to craft a high-level strategy while actively driving and managing day-to-day marketing initiatives.
As a Marketing lead, you will:
- Lead Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership: Develop and execute a strategy to enhance brand recognition within our industry.
- Oversee social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across platforms.
- Identify and manage conference sponsorships, industry partnerships, and other visibility initiatives to establish the company as a leader in the space.
- Curate & Host Industry Events: Plan and execute exclusive events tailored to our industry and ideal clients.
- Develop innovative ways to engage prospects and industry stakeholders through in-person and virtual experiences.
- Own All Marketing Collateral. Develop and manage sales enablement materials, pitch decks, whitepapers, and case studies to support business development efforts.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all assets.
- Manage Newsletter & Digital Campaigns. Oversee the strategy, content, and execution of the company newsletter and email marketing initiatives to nurture and engage prospects.
- Oversee Social Media & Content Strategy. Manage the company's LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant social media channels, ensuring a steady stream of valuable and engaging content.
- Work with internal teams or external writers to develop and distribute blog posts, thought leadership articles, and video content.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA a plus
- 5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in fintech or financial services
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Experience in content marketing, event management, and digital campaign execution
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and enterprise sales processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI of marketing initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and leadership
- Self-starter with exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Comfort with marketing analytics tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate in a competitive market
