What are the responsibilities and job description for the Winery Business Administrator position at Boundary Breaks, LLC?
Our Wine Business is seeking a Business Administrator to manage A / R, A / P, Payroll and Compliance for our Finger Lakes Winery. This is a part-time position with us; however, we have contacts with other wineries in the Finger Lakes area who are in need of similar services. For the right candidate, this part-time position could be shared with another winery seeking a similar part-time Business Administrator.
The person in the role would be required to work one-day in the office and the other 1.5 days from home. Successful candidates will need to have a minimum of five years of bookkeeping and administrative responsibilities in a complex business environment. We are a small team that works collaboratively, and everyone, including the owners, wear many hats.
The successful candidate must demonstrate proficiency in Google Works or Microsoft Office platform online tools. To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate a willingness to work independently and prioritize work assignments. Exceptional communications skills are a requirement. Personal and professional integrity are essential.
This position reports to the owners of Boundary Breaks.
