Primary Responsibility:
Our teams respond best to others they see performing at a high level like themselves. So a “Lead By Example” approach is crucial.
You will be leading a team of door-to-door appointment setters, introducing homeowners to the benefits of Solar Energy with the goal of setting them an in-home appointment with a Professional Solar Sales Consultant. You'll receive Strong Mentorship by the best in the industry and all the necessary Training, Tools and Technology to exceed all expectations; even your own.
You will build and provide ongoing Leadership for the team that will act as our initial point of contact with homeowners.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Must have world class Communication and Customer Service skills
- D2D experience is required
- Must be Poised and retain Bullet-Proof Confidence in ANY situation.
- Must be Self-Driven & Highly Motivated
- Proven track record setting and achieving goals
- Must be flexible working weekend and evening hours
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
