Summary:

Join our dynamic team at Boundless Inc as a Door-to-Door Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers at their residences to identify and generate high-quality leads for our solar energy solutions. Your primary goal will be to schedule appointments with interested homeowners, which will then be passed on to our sales closers for further action. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a deep understanding of our solar products and services.

This role is a fast-paced, fast-paying, commission only role with an extremely high earning potential (uncapped with many making $20,000/month or more)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Prospect, approach, and engage with homeowners at their residences to generate interest in our solar energy solutions.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Boundless's solar products, services, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate with potential customers.

Qualify Leads: Identify and assess the needs, preferences, and eligibility of potential customers. Ensure that leads meet the company's target criteria.

Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality appointments with interested homeowners for our sales closers to conduct in-home consultations.

Customer Engagement: Build rapport, answer questions, and address concerns effectively while promoting the benefits of switching to solar energy.

Lead Tracking: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and lead information using CRM software.

Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the sales management team about lead quality, customer feedback, and market insights.

Compliance: Adhere to all local and national regulations governing door-to-door sales and follow the company's ethical guidelines.

Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.

Safety: Ensure your safety and the safety of potential customers during interactions by adhering to safety guidelines and using personal protective equipment when required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous door-to-door sales, lead generation, or customer-facing experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven with a passion for sales.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection with resilience.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings
  • Ability to use CRM software and other relevant tools for lead tracking and reporting.
