Notes Live is currently accepting applications for Hosts to join our rapidly growing team. Our Hosts will become an integral part of the success of our world-class hospitality and entertainment brand in Gainesville, GA. Notes Live is parent company to award winning restaurant and entertainment properties Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse and Tavern, Boot Barn Hall, and the recently announced Sunset Amphitheater.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate genuine hospitality and set the stage for an exceptional Dining Experience by making every single guest feel welcome.
Responsibilities
· Engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely manner.
· Introducing guests to their server
· Take reservations and manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations.
· Cleaning and sanitizing Guest touch points in the restaurant.
· Assist in ringing up, bagging, and cashing out all To Go orders.
· Always sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return.
Requirements
· Must be at least 16 years old.
· Attention to cleanliness and safety.
· Patience and customer-oriented approach
· Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
· Responsible and trustworthy
Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
