About the Role
The Human Resources Regional Manager is a critical member of our team, responsible for providing HR support and oversight for multiple affiliates within a region. This role involves collaborating with Leadership teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Benefit Management: Coordinate and manage employee benefit administration, including new hires, qualifying events, and open enrollment.
- Internal Policy Administration: Collaborate with external vendors to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
- Workers' Compensation and Unemployment: Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of worker's compensation and unemployment claims.
- Campus Manager: Work closely with the Regional Recruiter to ensure a smooth transition from applicant to employee via electronic onboarding and affiliate orientation.
