Job Summary
The Human Resources Regional Manager serves as a key HR resource for multiple affiliates within a region. This role involves collaborating with Leadership teams to ensure support and oversight of HR duties for all employees. Key responsibilities include benefit management, internal policy administration, workers' compensation, unemployment, coaching and corrective action, and legal and regulatory compliance.
Essential Job Functions
- Coordinates and manages employee benefit administration, including new hires, qualifying events, and open enrollment. Ensures accurate tracking and reporting as needed.
- Collaborates with external vendors to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
- Works closely with the Regional Recruiter to ensure a smooth transition from applicant to employee via electronic onboarding and affiliate orientation.
- Maintains accurate records of performance evaluations, employee licenses, physicals, and vaccines through the use of the HR Tracker.
- Supports Leadership on matters of employee coaching and corrective action, ensuring consistent practices and responses while maintaining fair treatment of all employees.
