We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Server to join our dynamic team, with the potential for full-time hours based on performance. This position offers the opportunity for advancement to bartender, depending on individual development and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders according to guest preferences while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Offer featured items and daily specials to enhance the dining experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience for all guests.
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and in accordance with legal guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Close the restaurant on certain days, as required, and demonstrate flexibility with scheduling.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to meet guest needs efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Open availability is preferred to accommodate various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in a server role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and complete any required training or certifications.
