- Lead Membership Sales & Conversions: Turn leads into long-term members by showcasing the value of our training programs.

- Grassroots Marketing & Community Engagement: Host pop-ups, fitness challenges, and collaborate with local businesses to attract members.
- Develop & Optimize Sales Processes: Implement efficient lead tracking, follow-ups, and member engagement strategies to maximize conversions.
- Assist with Daily Studio Operations: Be a hands-on leader, ensuring seamless studio operations.
