Accounting Manager Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the month-end close process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Supervise and support a two-person accounting team
- Manage financial reporting, cash flow, and treasury functions, ensuring smooth banking operations
- Prepare financial statements and KPI reports to support business strategy
- Oversee payroll processing and insurance premium reconciliation
- Analyze gross profit margins and prepare sales and use tax reports for FL and AZ
- Work closely with external CPA firms to prepare schedules and ensure compliance
- Handle government and international financial transactions, including bank performance guarantees and standby letters of credit
- Support leadership in budgeting, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasting
