- Represent clients in legal proceedings, including hearings, trials, and depositions
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for court appearances
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and discuss case progress
- Review and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to cases
- Handle document discovery and manage case files
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Stay current on legal trends and developments within the practice area
- 1-2 years of litigation experience, any field of litigation
- Unrestricted law license in North Carolina
