Client Relations Associate Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email
- Manage client accounts, double-check event details, and coordinate logistics
- Ensure DJs and staff are fully prepped for events, including sharing event playlists and themes
- Gather and verify necessary insurance documents for events
- Attend select events to capture content for social media
- Collaborate with DJs to ensure alignment on event expectations
- Assist with staffing coordination to ensure seamless execution of events
- Provide high-touch customer service to event planners and clients
- Contribute to marketing efforts, including managing social media
- Balance administrative work with hands-on event involvement
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekend availability for events
- 1 year of client-facing experience in a marketing, event planning, or customer service role
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be an extrovert who enjoys social interaction and fast-moving environments
