Salary Range : $85,000 - $90,000 / year DOE
Director of Development Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute fundraising strategies and initiatives to support key organizational programs
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and foundations
- Oversee grant writing and reporting processes to secure funding and maintain relationships
- Develop and manage budgets for fundraising campaigns and events
- Work closely with the executive team to develop long-term revenue strategies
- Engage with local and regional communities to build awareness and support for the mission
