HR Coordinator Requirements :
- 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably from a consulting, professional services, or financial services firm, with exposure to employee relations, onboarding, and project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with Lattice, Bamboo, or other HRIS systems preferred
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with diverse teams
- Tech-savvy and data-driven, with an interest in HR analytics and continuous process improvement
