Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000 / year DOE

Manufacturing Controller Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring full alignment with company goals
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial policies, implementing best practices across all operations
• Develop and execute financial strategies that support business expansion, long-term growth, and strategic financial decision-making
• Manage audits, risk assessments, and operational cost analysis, ensuring financial accuracy and internal controls
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in financial processes
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, offering data-driven financial insights to support organizational goals and growth initiatives
  
  

Manufacturing Controller Requirements

• 5-6 years of overall accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing teams
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems and data mining, with the ability to generate actionable financial insights
• Deadline-driven and high-energy individual capable of working independently and contributing as a team leader
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present financial data clearly and effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial software applications
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
