Join a leading real estate management company located in West New York, New Jersey, as their Office Manager. This family-owned business oversees four high-rise residential apartment buildings and is known for its welcoming, supportive work environment and strong team camaraderie. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing daily operations, ensuring organization, and supporting the executive team s administrative needs. Salary Range : $65,000 - $90,000 / year DOE

Office Manager Requirements :

  • 4 years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or in a similar role
  • Proven ability to coordinate travel for team members
  • Strong file organization and digital / physical record-keeping skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for daily collaboration with property managers and team members
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or a related field preferred Background in the property management industry preferred

Office Manager Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, file management, and maintaining an organized workspace
  • Assist the leadership team with calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and meeting reminders
  • Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee files
  • Collaborate with property managers to coordinate updates, appointments, and project timelines
  • Manage office supply inventory and ensure timely replenishment
  • Organize and lead special projects, team-wide events, and training sessions
  • Assist with payroll input and time tracking under the guidance of the leadership team
  • Drive improvements in office systems and processes, contributing to a more modernized and efficient workflow
