Office Manager Requirements :
- 4 years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or in a similar role
- Proven ability to coordinate travel for team members
- Strong file organization and digital / physical record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for daily collaboration with property managers and team members
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or a related field preferred Background in the property management industry preferred
