Private Client Services Associate Responsibilities
- Facilitate client onboarding and maintain accurate records for new accounts
- Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings between clients and advisors
- Process financial transactions, including money movement and transfer requests
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses
- Assist in preparing reports, marketing materials, and documentation for client meetings
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
- Bachelor s degree required
- Series 65 or 66 license preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial services or client support role
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce, and PowerPoint, with an emphasis on Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships
