A financial services company for banks across the US is searching for a highly skilled and motivated Accountant to join their team in Las Vegas, NV! This is a fantastic opportunity to work out of a modern office, with a friendly team in a hybrid position based out of Las Vegas, NV.
This role involves managing multiple accounts, completing month-end close processes, and bringing new technologies and ideas to the table. The ideal candidate will have strong financial statement preparation and analysis experience, high attention for detail, and a proactive approach to process improvements.
Accountant Requirements :
- 2 years of financial statement preparation and market analysis experience
- Project management experience is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- MS and / or CPA highly preferred
- Advanced skills in Excel; experience with QuickBooks, Fiserv, and Prologue accounting software is a plus
- Understanding of, and / or experience with portfolio accounting and its operations highly preferred
- Tech-savvy; able to work on new software and implement new procedures
- Impeccable written and commutation skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) from their office in Las Vegas, NV
