We are looking for a Human Resource Manager.
This position will lead and execute critical HR processes for employee relations & engagement, benefits administration, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. Collaborate with Principal(s) and senior leadership to advance the company's culture and support the continued growth of the organization.

Position: Human Resource Manager
Compensation: $80,000 to $95,000 Salary, depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Responsibility:
- Payroll including deductions, sales commission and reporting
- Process and keep track of 401k program
- Prepare and process new employee onboarding paperwork as well as termination offboarding process
- Maintain all insurance data including policies, certificates of insurance, vehicle insurance, workman's compensation, etc.
- Assist in workman's compensation and Liability Insurance audits
- Processing of office staff time off requests
- Maintain personnel files and ensure annual reviews are completed
- Issuance of employee credit cards, uniforms, cellular devices as required including maintenance of records of those who have company property
- Maintenance of company/employee certifications/licensing
- Assist team members with HR/Benefits issues/concerns
- Maintenance of employee DOT Cards and Company DOT/UCR Records and biennial reporting
- OSHA Safety Training coordination and recordkeeping, as well as annual reporting
- Incident reporting (workers compensation claims, automobile accidents, etc...)
- Lead recruiting efforts with testing & interviewing potential candidates, advise managers on candidate selection
- Employee Handbook Development and maintenance
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Related HR experience
- Understanding employment law, employee relations and safety laws
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Payroll experience
- SHRM-CP, SHRM SCP Certification or similar HR Certification
- BA degree in HR or related discipline preferred
- Recruiting and interviewing experience
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality
- Listens, questions, and conveys an understanding of others' ideas, behaviors, feelings, attitudes, and values
