Automotive BDC Representative

Job Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through inbound and outbound phone calls and emails to generate interest in our automotive offerings.
- Conduct cold calling to identify potential leads and convert them into appointments.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Utilize sales management software to track interactions and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Follow a daily work plan and be able to complete daily tasks by utilizing CRM tracking system daily.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM platform.
- Provide information on dealership services, inventory, and promotions to assist customers in their decision-making process.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales and/or service teams to ensure seamless communication regarding customer appointments and follow-ups.
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with our company's values in all interactions with customers and coworkers.
Qualifications
- Ford Experience preferred but not necessary
- Previous automotive dealership experience
- Must be well versed in digital media, email, text (SMS), social median and CRM
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
