As a result of our continued growth, we’re looking to hire a motivated, organized and customer-focused BDC Representative.
The Business Development Center (BDC) Representative handles incoming phone calls, coordinates incoming sales inquiries, service requests, and internet correspondence.
Responsibilities
Receive incoming calls and coordinate schedules of sales and service teams
Customer follow up on website inquiries
Provide information back to customers based on their questions and needs
Manage required paperwork and records
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Ability to use multiple computer and telephone software applications
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to quickly learn new information
- Automotive experience a plus
