Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute health services partnership strategies.
- Participate with the Business Development team in the development and implementation of sound business planning strategies.
- Promote and participate in community activities that focus on Bowen Center's mission.
- Meet all sales goals on a timely basis and produce profitable results.
- Participate in the development and distribution of all Bowen Center business development material as needed for external and internal customers.
- Demonstrate daily effort to promote Bowen Center as a first-choice provider.
- Provide sound consultation during on-site visits.
- Provide clinically based research findings at all workshop presentations.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in business or psychology field preferred.
- Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in behavior health and preferably acclimated to selling and servicing contracts; experience in business development preferred.
