The position also identifies underserved populations, develops initiatives to improve access, collaborates with teams to address service gaps, and monitors outreach efforts for continuous improvement.
Duties / Responsibilities :

- Represent the organization as a community ambassador by attending events, building trust, and fostering connections with diverse audiences.
- Identify underserved populations and develop targeted initiatives to improve access and engagement with services.
- Act as the face of the organization in the community, promoting its mission, values, and services to stakeholders and the public.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address gaps in services and create programs that meet the needs of marginalized populations.
- Monitor and assess the impact of outreach efforts and initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
