This position will be responsible for driving Bowen Health’s revenue cycle teams to achieve organizational initiatives and maximize reimbursement, while ensuring adherence to corporate policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.

Duties/Responsibilities

- Overseeing the AD of Patient Access, AD of Billing, Coding Dept, and EMR System Configuration Manager to establish goals, KPIs and best practices – focusing on continual improvement.
- Facilitating collaborative efforts with all stakeholders to optimize patient communication, registration, and financial assistance programs.
- Holding regular “Data Flow” meetings with Hospital staff, Clinical Leadership, Practice Administrators and Executive Directors, and providing ongoing training and communication, to ensure compliance with changes in regulatory and billing standards.
- Assisting stakeholders with identifying and communicating operational deficiencies that impact financials and patient experience scores.
- Staying informed about changes in regulatory requirements for sliding fee discount, price transparency, informed consent, patient collections, NUCC standards, and HRSA audit requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Certificate or Professional License: None Required at hire. Must obtain a Navigator Certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a health care setting.
- Valid driver’s license and active liability insurance.
- Satisfactory results from criminal and driving record background checks
