Duties/Responsibilities
This commitment extends across all facets of employment, encompassing recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.
- Provide consistent, friendly, and professional presence at the front desk.
- Assist all patients, visitors, and contractors to check-in and out of the building.
- Communicate with staff in all departments about arrival and departures of patients, visitors, and
- Register, check-in, and schedule patients for services
- Gather required insurance, identification, legal documentation, and consents for registration into
- Support patients with accessing healthcare coverage
- Assist with monitoring patient charts for complete and thorough documentation needed for the
- Submit documentation to insurance providers for authorization of services.
- Other duties as assigned
- Education: High School Diploma required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or
- Certificate or Professional License: None required. Certificate in Revenue Cycle or Utilization
- Experience: Two (2) years of office and financial experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and active liability insurance.
- Satisfactory results from criminal and driving record background checks.
