The Skills Coach Leader is responsible for providing direct administrative supervision of all home-based staff, monitoring outcomes, expanding services and developing new markets within the assigned county.

Primary Roles And Responsibilities
- Hire, on-board, and mentor Skills Coaches to develop confidently and competently as clinicians
- 32 hours spent in the community with staff per week
- Responsible for retention of direct reports
- Responsible for teaching skills necessary for Skills Coaches to meet their service hour requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree is required
- Training/Experience: Prefer at least three (3) years in working with adolescents and their families.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of financial responsibility (insurance).
