Load Planners are at the core of our business, working directly with our team in the office and on the road. This is a full-time, professional office role in a fast-paced, service-driven environment with a focus on; attention to detail, a positive attitude, self-motivation, and a proactive mentality are keys to success in this role.
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting our logistics and transportation functions. From planning and operational analysis to assisting with customer service, your contributions will ensure our operations run smoothly and our drivers stay on track. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset are essential for success.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with day-to-day logistics and scheduling.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members.
- Support the planning and coordination of our customer's freight.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Optimize driver schedules and routes for maximum efficiency and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure drivers are utilized effectively while balancing their schedules and home-time requirements.
- Handle unexpected issues, such as weather delays, equipment breakdowns, or driver availability conflicts.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
