OverviewProcurement / Licensing Analyst (PEO C3N) : Bowhead is seeking a Procurement / Licensing Analyst to support the PEO C3N contract located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The Procurement / Licensing Analyst will work within multiple groups and the PMs to integrate application capabilities.ResponsibilitiesAssist with capturing SW license requirements for annual procurement and workflow automation within ServiceNow or similar platformsCollaborate with PMs to streamline the documentation and tracking of HW / SW assetsAssist in developing and maintaining configuration management databases, ensuring data integrity. Provide configuration management engineering in multiple CS component area for C5ISR systemsApply data analysis skills to identify opportunities for improving data structures and integration processes.Scrutinize a data set; identify and evaluate data anomalies, missing data, what doesn't add up and complete data refinementDevelop business process workflows; develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap outlining the evolution and enhancement of configuration management capabilitiesParticipate in Configuration Control Boards and other relevant forumsQualificationsBA / BS from an accredited college or university preferred Engineering or Computer Science and 5 years of experience performing similar duties in a DoD environment; will consider additional experience in lieu of educationMS Excel experience mid / advanced levelExcellent Communication skillsDetail orientedCan work independentlyPhysical Demands : Must be able to lift up to 20 poundsMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of timeMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodicallyThe projected compensation range for this position is $80,000-$110,000. The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other laws.SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED : Must have an active security clearance at the Secret level.
