Piper Companies is currently seeking a skilled Procurement / Licensing Analyst to support technologically driven team in a hybrid capacity based in Aberdeen, MD.
Responsibilities for Procurement / Licensing Analyst include :
- Assist with capturing SW license requirements for annual procurement and workflow automation within ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Collaborate with PMs to streamline the documentation and tracking of HW / SW assets
- Assist in developing and maintaining configuration management databases, ensuring data integrity. Provide configuration management engineering in multiple CS component area for C5ISR systems
- Apply data analysis skills to identify opportunities for improving data structures and integration processes.
- Scrutinize a data set; identify and evaluate data anomalies, missing data, what doesn't add up and complete data refinement
- Develop business process workflows; develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap outlining the evolution and enhancement of configuration management capabilities
- Participate in Configuration Control Boards and other relevant forums
