Job Description :
Under direct supervision, performs entry level professional counseling duties in one or more of the major student counseling functions such as academic advising, financial aid, career counseling, and personal counseling as part of an institutionally defined self-directed team. Work involves a broad variety of specialized processes consistent with a clearly defined team-based work environment and continuous quality improvement objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Recruitment to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
- Coordinate and participate in outreach activities such as high school visits, college fairs, and community events.
- Collect, track, and analyze recruitment metrics and event outcomes to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective student interactions.
- Conduct outreach and engage with prospective students and their families through various channels, providing information and answering questions about the admissions process, academic programs, and campus life.
- Mange the registration process for recruitment events including, incoming invitations, the recruitment calendar, and payment submission.
- Manage the inventory for recruitment events.
- Collaborate with the enrollment management communications team and URM on promotional content.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
