Job Summary
We're looking for a talented General Manager to help bring our vision of amazing bowling, arcade games, and delicious food to life at our centers. As a General Manager, you'll be the face of our business, leading a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role
This is an active role where you'll be on your feet, coordinating multiple team members, and problem-solving in real-time. You'll oversee all aspects of how our centers operate, from entertainment to food & beverage sales, to property maintenance and equipment management. Your goal will be to cultivate a high-performing team environment that ensures excellent service and maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop Financial Operational Plans/Budgets: Help create financial plans and monitor their performance to achieve your center's goals, including driving food & beverage sales.
- Floor Management: Manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with your team.
- Train Your Team: Supervise and direct regular training for staff members on guest service, food & beverage operations, loss prevention, and company operating standards.
- Review Center Performance: Conduct regular meetings with your management team to review performance and offer direction.
- Maintain Guest Satisfaction: Achieve and maintain overall guest service goals, ensuring customer complaints are resolved appropriately.
- Drive Food & Beverage Sales: Oversee the management and expansion of your center's Food & Beverage program, ensuring quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5 Years of Management Experience: Full service restaurant management experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree: Required.
- Customer Service Pro: Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of POS Register Systems: A plus.
