The Partnership Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Chamber's efforts to recruit and retain partners. Under minimal supervision, this position focuses on enhancing partner engagement, coordinating celebratory events, and providing administrative support to the Partnership Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification and Appointment Setting: Research, update, and qualify sales leads using SPIN questioning techniques and various lead sources. Schedule appointments for the Partnership Sales Representative to facilitate partner recruitment.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Partnership Services team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the department.
- Sales and Retention Assistance: Support sales initiatives and above-base retention efforts as needed, contributing to the Chamber's growth and partner satisfaction.
- Retention Program Execution: Assist in implementing partnership retention strategies, focusing on base partners and first-year retention to maintain and strengthen the Chamber's partner network.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate, manage, and facilitate partner celebrations, including ribbon cuttings ensuring these events are memorable and well-organized.
- New Partner Onboarding: Assist with delivering new partner benefits, such as coordinating radio and TV promotions, preparing welcome packets, and organizing orientation sessions to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Ambassadors Club Support: Provide administrative support for the Ambassadors Club, facilitating communication and organizing meetings to enhance member involvement.
- Front Office Duties: Serve as the secondary point of contact for greeting guests and answering phones, ensuring a welcoming and professional front office environment.
- Progress Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on the status of various initiatives, providing written and verbal updates as required to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Event Participation: Attend Chamber events as assigned, including those occurring outside of standard work hours, to support event execution and partner engagement.
