What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partnership Services Coordinator position at Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce?
Position Purpose
Under minimal supervision, responsible for supporting partnership services team’s recruitment and retention efforts.
Essential Functions and Basic Duties :
- Research, update and qualify sales leads, using SPIN questioning, the future partner list and other lead sources to schedule appointments for the Partnership Sales Representative.
- Provide administrative support to the Partnership team.
- Assist with sales and above base retention efforts as needed.
- Use SPIN sales methodology to recruit and convert future partners to partners.
- Assist with the execution of partnership retention efforts, including but not limited base partners and first year retention.
- Coordinate, manage and facilitate chamber partner celebrations (i.e., ribbon cuttings & non-ED team groundbreakings)
- Assist with new partner benefits, including but not limited to radio/TV promo of new partners, new partner welcome packets, and orientation.
- Administrative support for Ambassadors Club.
- Front office responsibilities, including but not limited to second in line to greet guests and answer phones.
- Track and report progress status updates (written, verbal) as required.
- Attend chamber events as assigned, some will be before and after normal work hours.
- Provide marketing support as needed.
