Quality Assurance Manager (QA Manager)

Work closely with all aspects of the manufacturing pro-

cess from the raw material to the finished product and

support daily productions activities; supervise activities

of Quality Assurance Inspectors on the production floor.

Requires Bachelor’s in Engineering (including Mechani-

cal Engineering) or a closely related field and two years

of experience in job offered or as Process Supervisor and /

or Production Engineer or in similar position(s) in the two-

piece beverage packaging industry. Background in educa-

tion, training or experience must include proven ability to

solve problems and train employees in the can and end

making process; experience with metal performance and

downgauging can and end production lines; demonstrat-

ed ability to coordinate trials for the qualification of new

suppliers and materials; experience with can and end

production line process audits; proven ability to develop

and implement process KPIs. Up to 70% travel required to

visit manufacturing plants across the U.S. and in Canada.
