Responsibilities
- Schedule online appointments and make daily calls/emails to service customers for vehicle maintenance needs
- Take daily inbound service appointment calls
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings & latest technology
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections in service related situations.
- Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours
- Strong grammar/computer skills for email correspondence with customers
- Fantastic communication skills with customers
- CRM & DMS knowledge preferred
- Service experience preferred
