Job Description:
We are seeking a vCIO (Managed Service Provider) who will be responsible for creating strategic relationships with clients. The ideal vCIO candidate must possess previous MSP experience along with a broad range of sales, technical, and business skills, as well as the ability to identify common trends and propose potential enhancements to business technology and operational efficiencies to management and client C-level representatives.
vCIO Responsibilities:
- Building healthy relationships with decision makers.
- Building technology roadmaps that forecast future technology spending on projects, migrations, and upgrades.
- Making recommendations to clients to maintain or enhance their current standards.
- Tracking and managing various aspects of client engagements.
- Sharing results with management and projecting future project opportunities.
