Description :
We invite applications for an accomplished Salesforce Service Cloud Solutions Architect with over 10 years of experience to join our talented team. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering scalable and innovative solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform while providing strategic direction for customer service enhancements. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to create optimized service cloud solutions tailored to meet specific business needs.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of customized Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Define a robust technical architecture for the Service Cloud platform, ensuring effective integration with other systems.
- Automate business processes through Salesforce flows while utilizing declarative tools like Process Builder and Flow Builder.
- Oversee the configuration and enhancement of Salesforce features, including Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel Routing, and Service Console.
- Develop strategies for system upgrades, performance optimization, and user engagement.
- Hands-on expertise in Apex, Visual Force, Lightning with a focus on code review and optimization is essential.
- Prepare data models, translate complex business requirements into Salesforce solutions, and provide technical tasks as needed.
- Foster operational excellence across functional environments, ensuring data cleanliness, privacy, security, and effective reporting for every client project.
