Our Schaumburg/Palatine team brings the flexibility of a local MSP with the backing of a nationwide network—and we’re just getting started.
As our client base expands, we’re looking for a Mid-Level Sales Executive to take ownership of outbound business development and grow into a future sales leader. If you're a motivated self-starter with a proven B2B sales track record, this is your opportunity to help shape the future of our sales department.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and discovery to closing new business
- Convert inbound leads generated by our marketing partners into qualified opportunities
- Prospect new clients through cold calling, email outreach, and in-person networking
- Deliver tailored proposals and present IT support, managed services, and consulting solutions to SMBs
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers across multiple verticals
- Track pipeline activities and manage opportunities using our CRM tools
- Work alongside the owner and existing sales team to refine messaging, process, and strategy
- Contribute to the ongoing development of scalable, repeatable sales systems as the team grows
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning IT services with business goals
What You Bring:
- 2–5 years of outbound B2B sales experience (MSP or SaaS preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a consultative sales environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A hunter mentality—you’re energized by outreach and closing deals
- CRM experience and strong organizational habits
- A passion for growth and leadership—you’re ready to grow into a strategic role
- Team-player mindset and a desire to make a tangible impact in a high-trust environment
- Prior experience in IT or technology services is a plus, but not required
